Suzuki Musique Montréal is a professional group of teachers from greater Montreal and Quebec City whose goal is the promotion of Dr. Shinichi Suzuki’s teaching philosophy and approach to music education.

Suzuki Method
Developed by violinist and pedagogue Shinichi Suzuki, the Suzuki Method believes that all people can learn in the right environment.
Suzuki reasoned that if children of all cultures could learn to speak their native languages fluently through listening and repetition, music instruction could work the same way.
Suzuki Musique Montréal hosts student and teacher concerts, workshops, and multi-studio recitals throughout the year. Although some activities have been suspended during this time of Covid, we have been able to offer workshops safely in-person when possible, as well as transitioning some events online.
